Main Ingredients
- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 cups water
- 0.5 cup sugar adjust to taste
1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
5. Add the remaining 4 cups of water and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
