- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 Serrano peppers, sliced
- 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- to taste Salt
1. In a blender, combine lime juice and serrano peppers. Blend until smooth.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
3. Pour the lime juice mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Mix well.
4. Season with salt to taste. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
