Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine Ahi tuna, beaten egg, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha to make the spicy mayo.
Assemble the burgers with buns, lettuce, tomato, and spicy mayo. Serve immediately.
