A simple and delicious Amish-style coleslaw.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage shredded
- 1 cup carrots shredded
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, white vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
