- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Green Onions
- 1 head Butter Lettuce
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Add shredded carrots and chopped green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Spoon the mixture into butter lettuce leaves and serve.
