Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- 1  Avocado ripe
- 1  Egg optional
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown. 
- 2. Slice the avocado and spread it evenly on the toasted bread. 
- 3. If using, fry the egg to your liking and place it on top of the avocado. 
- 4. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. 
- 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
