- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 1 Egg optional
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

3. If using, fry the egg to your liking and place it on top of the avocado.
