Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Rub
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs.
Mix all the rub ingredients together in a bowl.
Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
Unwrap the ribs and brush with barbecue sauce.
Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
