Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks Baby back ribs

Rub

  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Sauce

  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Mix all the rub ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
  5. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
  8. Unwrap the ribs and brush with barbecue sauce.
  9. Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
