- 1 loaf French bread sliced
- 8 large Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Arrange the sliced French bread in the baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread, making sure all pieces are soaked.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
