Ingredients

  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  7. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
