Baked Potatoes on the Grill

- 4 Russet Potatoes medium-sized
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Wash and dry the potatoes.
Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
Place the wrapped potatoes on the grill and cook for about 60 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
Remove from the grill, unwrap, and serve hot.
