  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
