Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette
  • 500 g Pork or chicken
  • 1 cup Pickled carrots and daikon
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Jalapeño sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Marinate the meat with soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  2. Cook the meat until done.
  3. Slice the baguette and spread mayonnaise on both sides.
  4. Layer the cooked meat, pickled vegetables, cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  5. Serve immediately.
