  • 1 lb Ground beef 80% lean
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 slices Cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  4. 4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. 5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. 6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
  7. 7. Assemble your burgers and serve immediately.
