Basil Tomato and Mozzarella Sandwich

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread preferably ciabatta or baguette
- 2 oz Mozzarella cheese fresh, sliced
- 1 large Tomato sliced
- 1 handful Fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1. Slice the bread, tomato, and mozzarella. 
- 2. Layer the mozzarella, tomato, and basil leaves on one slice of bread. 
- 3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 
- 4. Top with the second slice of bread and serve.
