BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwiches
Delicious slow-cooked BBQ beef brisket sandwiches.

Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef brisket
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 6 sandwich rolls
- Salt and pepper to taste
Season brisket with salt and pepper.
Place onion slices in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Put brisket on top of onions.
Pour BBQ sauce over brisket.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred brisket and serve on rolls with extra BBQ sauce.
