Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Country-style pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the ribs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  4. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and continue to cook for another hour, basting occasionally.
  5. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
