Beef on Weck Recipe
A classic sandwich from Buffalo, NY featuring roast beef on a kummelweck roll.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Roast beef thinly sliced
- 4 Kummelweck rolls
- 1 cup Beef au jus
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Warm the roast beef in the beef au jus.
Slice the kummelweck rolls in half and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Spread horseradish on the bottom half of each roll.
Place a generous amount of warm roast beef on top of the horseradish.
Top with the other half of the roll. Serve with extra au jus for dipping.
