Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Roast beef thinly sliced
  • 4 Kummelweck rolls
  • 1 cup Beef au jus
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Warm the roast beef in the beef au jus.
  3. Slice the kummelweck rolls in half and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  4. Spread horseradish on the bottom half of each roll.
  5. Place a generous amount of warm roast beef on top of the horseradish.
  6. Top with the other half of the roll. Serve with extra au jus for dipping.
