Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Large onion, chopped
  • 3 Carrots, sliced
  • 3 Potatoes, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 2 pcs Bay leaves
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
  3. 3. Add carrots and potatoes. Cook for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Return beef to the pot. Add beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves. Stir well.
  5. 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 2 hours, or until beef is tender.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
