Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef tips
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
5. Return beef to skillet. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until beef is tender.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
