  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the cooked rice and black beans to the pan. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the salsa to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Spoon the rice and bean mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. 6. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos. Serve warm.
