Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic, ground cumin, and chili powder. Cook for another minute.
Add the black beans, corn, and salsa. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Spoon the black bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, avocado slices, and a squeeze of lime.
Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
