  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.
