Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Mix all the spices together in a bowl.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and coat evenly with the spice mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
