- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.33 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 0.33 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
In another bowl, mix the vegetable oil, egg, and milk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
