  • 4 slices Pork tenderloin Pounded to ¼ inch thickness
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • Oil For frying
  • 4 Sandwich buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles For serving

Instructions 

  1. Pound the tenderloin slices to ¼ inch thickness.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry each tenderloin until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
