Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 package Ramen noodles uncooked, crushed
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- ½ cup Chopped green onions
- ¼ cup Sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup Sliced almonds toasted
Dressing
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, crushed ramen noodles, shredded carrots, green onions, sunflower seeds, and toasted almonds.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil until well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
