  • 2 cups Broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and garlic powder.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
