- 2 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and garlic powder.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
