Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, milk, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
