- 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Butter melted
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, milk, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
