Main Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli slaw mix
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Dressing
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw mix, shredded carrots, chopped red onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
