Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Water for cooking tapioca pearls

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water in a saucepan and add tapioca pearls. Cook for 15 minutes or until they float to the top.
  2. 2. Strain the tapioca pearls and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  3. 3. In the same saucepan, add brown sugar and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer until it thickens.
  4. 4. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the brown sugar syrup and mix well.
  5. 5. Pour the brown sugar tapioca mixture into a glass. Add milk and stir well.
  6. 6. Serve with a straw and enjoy!
