- 1 pound bacon
- 16 ounce little smokie sausages
- 1 cup brown sugar or to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut bacon into thirds and wrap each strip around a sausage.
Secure bacon with a toothpick.
Place wrapped sausages on a baking sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy and sugar is caramelized.
