Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe
A spicy and delicious alternative to traditional buffalo wings, made with cauliflower.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, and garlic powder until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting any excess drip off, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In a small bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce and melted butter.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and brush with the buffalo sauce mixture.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
