Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese

- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
4. Top each slice with shredded cheddar cheese, buffalo chicken mixture, and more cheese.
5. Place the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side up.
6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
