Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add the beef slices to the marinade and mix well. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the sliced onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
