Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add the beef slices to the marinade and mix well. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the sliced onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
