Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots grated
  • 1 cup Onions finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, chopped onions, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Add bread crumbs, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into burger patties.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. 5. Cook the patties in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
