Caesar Salad Recipe
A classic Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, croutons, and a homemade dressing.

Salad Ingredients
- 1 large head romaine lettuce chopped
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup croutons
- 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 0.25 cup lemon juice
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
In a small bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
