- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup water
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and water. Mix well.
Add the almonds to the bowl and stir until they are well coated with the sugar mixture.
Spread the almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the almonds are golden and the sugar has caramelized.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving or storing.
