Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
  3. 3. Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook undisturbed for a few seconds until they start to set.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over one half of the omelette.
  5. 5. Fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese and cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
  6. 6. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately.
