Filling
- 4 cups Cherries pitted and halved
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ cup Butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cherries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over cherry mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and cherries are bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
