Chicken Adobo Recipe
A classic Filipino dish made with chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic.

- 2 lbs Chicken Thighs
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Vinegar
- 1 head Garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
- 2 pcs Bay Leaves
1. Combine chicken, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
3. Pour in the vinegar, add peppercorns and bay leaves. Bring to a boil.
4. Lower the heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is tender and sauce is reduced.
5. Serve hot with rice.
