Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and half of the shredded cheese.
Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
