Chicken Caesar Salad

- 2 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Croutons
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
1. Preheat the grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
4. Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken and grated Parmesan cheese.
5. Serve immediately.
