Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk and eggs.
3. Dredge each steak in the flour mixture, then dip in the buttermilk mixture, and finally dredge again in the flour mixture.
4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the steaks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Remove steaks from skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
