Chicken Marsala
A classic Italian-American dish with tender chicken breasts in a rich Marsala wine sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 8 ounces Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until browned.
6. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
7. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
8. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
