Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 4 pieces Bolillo rolls, sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 piece Tomato, sliced
  • 1 piece Avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for frying Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on the bolillo rolls. Layer with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and fried chicken.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
