- 4 pieces Chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 pieces Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.5 cup Olive oil
1. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
2. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
