Peanut Sauce

Instructions
1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. For the peanut sauce, mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth and heated through.
5. Serve chicken satay with peanut sauce on the side.
