- 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
- 8 oz Spaghetti
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes canned
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
5. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt. Serve hot.
