Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the broccoli and bell pepper, and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
