Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 8 pieces Taco shells
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. Assemble the tacos by adding the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream to each shell.
