Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup sliced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add celery, carrots, bell pepper, and garlic to the wok. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Return chicken to the wok. Add soy sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add bean sprouts and cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
